What habits kill a human slowly?

  • No exercise or workout. 🏋️
  • Too much drinking and smoking. ( obviously ) 🚬
  • Too much fat and sugar.
  • Your BMI is in 30’s or maybe even in 40’s. You’re in trouble.
  • No reading or gaining any knowledge about anything.
  • overthinking for sure.
  • Taking yourself too seriously but not your work.
  • Social media
  • chill
